I’ll be reading at the Tree Reading Series in Ottawa with Segun Akinlolu on February 27, 2017 at 8pm at Black Squirrel Books, 1073 Bank Street in Ottawa. Free (a hat is passed for donations).

INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF AUTHORS
I’ll be reading at the IFOA event Poetic New Worlds, with Roo Borson, Mireia Calafell, Amanda Earl, Michael Fraser, David Goldstein, John Nyman, Nicholas Power, Stuart Ross and Dane Swan. Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 4pm in the Studio Theatre, 235 Queens Quay West. Tickets $18/$15 for IFOA Supporters, free for students and youth.

Afterward, I’ll be appearing at The Toronto Lit Up Launch of Launches at 5pm in the Lakeside Terrace at Harbourfront Centre at 235 Queens Quay West. Free.

KINGSTON WRITERSFEST
I’ll be reading at two events in the Kingston WritersFest: Saturday Night Speakeasy with Michelle Berry, Janie Chang, Karen Connelly, Glenn Dixon, Pierre-Luc Landry, Diane Schoemperlen, and Anna Porter on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 9pm; and Wine, Women, and Words, with Alison Pick, Karen Connelly, and Leanne Dunic on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at 4pm.

WORD ON THE STREET POP UP READING & PANEL AT DUNDAS WEST FEST
On Saturday, June 3, 2017, I’ll be participating in a reading and discussion with other BookThug authors at this outdoor street festival. The event is in the Dundas St. Clarens Parkette just east of Lansdowne in Toronto at 1:30pm.

LEAGUE OF CANADIAN POETS NEW MEMBERS READING
During the League of Canadian Poets Annual Conference, I’ll be reading at the New Members Reading. Sunday, June 11 between 12:30 and 3:30pm. Venue TBC.

PETERBOROUGH LAUNCH FOR BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN WITH PET FOXES
On Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 7pm, please join us at The Spill (414 George Street North) for the Peterborough launch of Beautiful Children with Pet Foxes. Poets Tara Azzopardi and Lesley Belleau will also read, and afterward, there will be experimental instrumental music by Erik Culp and Bennett Bedoukian.

HIJ HOUSE READING SERIES #8 – TORONTO, NOVEMBER 23
On Sunday, November 23 at 2pm I’m reading with Adam Dickinson at the Book Thug HQ in Toronto. There will be readings, a Q&A session, pie, and a new issue of HIJ available for $5. A receptacle of some sort will passed for donations for the authors. 260 Ryding Avenue.
